Yes. We issue Covid Recovery Certificates to individuals of any nationality.
VeriFLY only recognises QR codes from NHS and EU Digital Covid passes as they are especially encrypted, and currently cannot read a QR code from ANY private provider.
However our certificate is still fully accepted by all airlines.
VeriFLY have confirmed with us that travellers’ certificates will be validated at the check-in desk or boarding gate, in hard copies format.
Please be assured that we have not had any issues with our certificates being accepted for travel purposes.
If for any reason we are unable to validate your submission details and therefore unable to issue you a recovery certificate, then we will be happy to offer you a full refund.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds once your certificate has been approved.
Most countries now accept both a PCR test or a Rapid Antigen test as evidence of your recent Covid-19 infection, including the USA and Australia.
The Montague Clinic is happy to issue a Covid recovery certificate, with either type of test, so long as you have an official test report or NHS email containing your name, date of birth and type of test. Please note that we do not accept a photograph of a positive lateral flow testing device as evidence of infection.

The CDC’s self isolation rules are now the same as the UK. All individuals who test positive for Covid-19 now are recommended to isolate for 5 complete days.
Therefore, in accordance with the CDC’s latest regulations, a Covid Recovery Certificate can therefore be issued on Day 6 following your positive test (the date of your positive test is considered ‘Day 0’).
IMPORTANT: The CDC recommends not travelling to the USA for 10 days following a positive Covid-19 test, or the start of symptoms. Some airlines may therefore request that you wait 10 days before travelling.

Yes. The certificate is valid for as long as the rule of your destination country. For instance, currently the USA stipulates that your positive Covid-19 test must be more than 5 days but no longer than 90 days ago. If the dates of your test, as written on your certificate, fit this requirement then you’re good to go.

Your Covid Recovery Certificate is in fact usable for travel to any country which has the same or similar regulations to the USA. Before using your certificate to travel to another country, then we recommend you first check the following regulations of your destination country:

Once you have completed and submitted your application, a member of our medical team will review your submission details and assuming everything is OK, will approve your application and authorise your certificate.
You should receive your certificate by email within a few hours. It normally takes about 2 hours.

Document of Recovery from Covid-19 for the USA
In accordance with the CDC latest regulations, we now accept a positive lateral flow test (aka rapid antigen test) as evidence of your recent Covid-19 infection, in order to authorise a Document of Recovery from Covid-19 for the USA (aka Covid Recovery Certificate or Proof of Recovery from Covid-19).
Your test must have been taken at least 6 days ago (11 days if you were hospitalised due to Covid-19) in order to be valid.

You test must have been taken at least 8 days ago to be valid for this service.
