Frequently Asked Questions

Is your recovery certificate compatible with the VeriFly App?2022-04-21T13:30:29+01:00

VeriFLY only recognises QR codes from NHS and EU Digital Covid passes as they are especially encrypted.

We have liaised with VeriFLY on this matter and they have confirmed that no private provider’s QR Codes can be uploaded to their app at present.

However our certificate is still fully accepted by all airlines.

VeriFLY have confirmed with us that travellers should present hard copies of their travel documents at the airport and they will be verified at the check-in desk or boarding gate.

Please be assured that we have not had any issues with our certificates being accepted for travel purposes.
